Cullinan Park at Oyster Creek is located on the west side Highway 6, also known as
Addicks-Howell Road, between Voss and Highway 90A in Sugar Land.

The park is open daily from dawn to dusk.
There is no fee for admission.

  • Hours for Use: Sunrise to Sunset (except as authorized by permit).
  • Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • No motorized vehicles permitted on park grounds.
  • Trash must be disposed of in proper receptacles.
  • No swimming or wading in any body of water.
  • No horses permitted on park grounds or trails.
  • Hunting and use of firearms prohibited.

Cullinan Trail Usage  

The trails at Cullinan Park include paved and natural trails that span more than 4 miles. Cullinan Park trails are meant for pedestrian use only.  No bicycles, motorized vehicles or horses are permitted on the trails.

Wildlife in the Park

Cullinan provides habitat for many creatures. Respect the park wildlife. Do not feed, approach ore remove a wild, stray or injured animal. Alligators are common in White Lake and should never be fed or harassed. To report something unusual related to wildlife, call 311, the City of Sugar Land Contact Center.
